Oyeyemi is the Partner and Executive Director, responsible for leading the Firm’s Petroleum Profits Tax, Customs and Excise Duties, Value Added Tax, and Personal Income Tax Desks.
He holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa.
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Bar Association, Oyeyemi brings a wealth of expertise to his clients.

Rilwanu Usman is an accomplished accounting and tax professional with over six (6) years of in-depth experience spanning accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance, tax audits, and financial systems management. A highly skilled and dedicated individual, he possesses a strong foundation in economics, taxation, and financial analysis, combining academic excellence with hands-on expertise in diverse industries, including medical, banking, technology, manufacturing, and oil and gas.

Rilwanu holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano, and a National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. He is currently advancing his expertise with a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Lagos. Further complementing his academic background, Rilwanu is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). He also holds certifications in Accounting Fundamentals and Reading Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) and has completed specialized training in Recovery Engagement focused on Stamp Duty, Excess Bank Charges, and General Tax Audit from OGE Business School.

Armed with the bachelor’s degree in economics education from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ogun State and holds a national diploma in accounting from Yaba College of Technology he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and proven expertise in tax audit, personal income tax (PAYE), company income tax and tax filing, showcasing a meticulous approach to examining financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulation. He has successfully managed tax audits and saved several client and various industries such as medical, banking, technology, manufacturing, oil and gas, etc.

Solomon holds a Higher National Diploma in Maritime Transport and Business Management.
